J and R Quarterhorses

Welcome to J and R Quarter Horses, where we strive to produce a solid, impeccably bred performance horse with an emphasis on raising horses for the cutter.

We are a closed operation that produces prospects from conception to riding.This practice enables us to offer high quality prospects for sale.  

We are lifetime members of AQHA.

 OUR MARES:

All of our broodmares are by NCHA money earners or producers, and most are palomino.  

Lines represented as sires :

Doc Wilson- We use an own NCHA $ and AQHA point Producing son, of  Doc Wilson X dtr of Peppy San o/o dtr Doc Bar,  as our main herd sire.

"Doc" is bred just like Smart Little Lena without the bloodlines of Poco Bueno or Miss Taylor.  He has tested "herda" N/N with Cornell University.

Our mares are also Poco Bueno free !!!

This enables us to offer the public a genetic alternative.

Our herd is so unique that our broodstock is irreplaceable.  The GET are ALL PRICED.
